Abstracts or full texts of the papers presented at the congress will be published in the proceedings book after going through the peer-reviewed process. Authors may also have their papers published as book chapters scanned by national or international publishing houses upon their request (in books to be published by Özgür Yayıncılık, Sidas Yayıncılık and Emerald Publishing). Papers that pass the referee process at the congress may be published in the Academic Food journal scanned in the Scopus database, The Journal of Travel and Hotel Business (SOID), Sivas Interdisciplinary Tourism Research Journal, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Issues and Journal of Silk Road Tourism Research upon the authors' request. This process will be carried out by the editors and referees of the relevant journals.
